This is a high quality residence ,comfortable and well equipped. The bedrooms are very spacious ,with comfortable beds with good linen and robes . The hot tub was lovely , well maintained and secluded. The barn is within a short driving distance to local pubs ,and we enjoyed a day at Rockingham castle which is very close . Rutland water is also a 25min drive away . There were a few issues which hopefully will have been rectified soon, there was no TV reception in the bedrooms ,and the shower in the 2nd downstairs bedroom was dangerously hot due to a fault ,but we are sure this is now in hand .The electric charging point was also not operational It was disappointing not to find a folder on local amenities ,that seem to be normal ,and no visitors book .All in all we had a lovely time ,and the owner was very pleasant, and tried to sort out some of the issues for us .
